Product Description
YSV Series has efficient energy-saving and high-precision proportional pressur/flow variable pumb system. Therefore, the outupt of hydraulics system of the injection molding machine is automatically matched with the power reguired for operation of the complete machine. There are no energy losses caused due to high-pressure throttling and overflow. As compared with constant delivery pump, this variable pumb can save30%-60%energy. The motor withsame power consumption can be used for the oil pump with higher displacement, so the complete machine can operate at higher speed. Besidea, with low oil temperature, the service life of the seals and hydraulic oil is prolonged and less water consumption is required.
